Refund policy


At Lyra Fashion, we strive to provide a worry-free shopping experience. This policy has been drafted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the guidelines of Google Merchant Center.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason. After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged (trying it on is, of course, allowed).
  • All original labels and tags must still be attached to the product.

3. Return Procedure

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@lyrafasio.com
  2. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Do not send items to our Ottawa business address without prior confirmation, as returns cannot be processed there.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will reimburse the full return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Right of Withdrawal (Voluntary Return):
If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Please contact our customer service team at info@lyrafasio.com We process exchange requests until 8:00 PM (ET) on the day of the order. After that, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Processing time: We process refunds within 7 business days.
  • Payment method: The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Restocking fees: We do not charge any administrative or restocking fees.
