1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Eligible Destinations: We currently specialize in serving customers in Canada and the European Union.

  • Tracking: All orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

2. Processing Time

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (CET - Central European Time)

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-12 days) = 8–15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to courier factors, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@lyrafasio.com within 12 hours. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to charge for re-shipping.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@lyrafasio.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
